Every service is designed around your dog's individual needs — their breed, temperament, coat condition, and comfort level. No two grooms are exactly alike.
A brush out designed to be done in between grooms as a thorough brushing to get rid of minor matting or any extra hair. No bath. No nails. Service typically takes an hour or less of hands on time.
Groom is meant to be a touch up face or feet to get ride of hair around eyes, remove gunk around muzzle and do a minor trim to tidy-up feet. A Half Moon groom could also include stripping/hand carding with no bath included. No clippering or scissoring of the body. No full body bath or ear cleaning. Nails are not included.
Crescent Moon Groom is for Short hair or smaller breeds with no cutting necessary. Groom includes bath, nail trim, ear cleaning. Groom can be for breeds who need to be stripped with minor scissoring/clippering. This service would still include a bath, nail trim and ear cleaning.
Full Moon Groom is a Blowout for Double coated and/or large breeds. Groom includes nail trim, ear cleaning, bath. Scissoring or clippering of feet, ears and behind ears, tails, and sanitary areas are typical of this groom.

ALL clients will be required to have a valid credit card on file to hold appointments and to charge for late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be fully charged for the entire amount of what the groom would have cost, including travel, tax, and cost of whatever services were scheduled. We will absolutely get your dog rebooked, but we have to charge for the appointment time moving forward.
There will be late fees for late payments. Payments for all services are due ON THE DAY THEY WERE PROVIDED. If you do not make the full payment on the day the services were provided, a 10% late fee will be added and your card will be charged. If the card declines for any reason, the 10% late fee will be added to each day the invoice is not paid. Thank you for your understanding.
A non-refundable deposit is collected at booking. First-time late cancellation: deposit amount is owed. Second-time: full cost of groom is collected at cancellation.
