What a dog sitting stay really means.

Stays include 2 feedings (AM + PM), playtime if needed, and morning, evening, and before-bed potty breaks. Jenn works during pet sitting stays and may be away for up to 8 hours max. An additional $79/day fee applies if you require her to remain on-site throughout the day.

Mail will be brought in. Up to 3 plants will be watered at no additional charge. Garbage will be brought to the street and disposed of at end of stay. Please provide proper snow removal tools and salt for safety.

Your home will be left as clean — if not cleaner — than when Jenn arrived. Dishes cleaned, bed stripped, her trash removed. Please provide all care instructions in writing prior to departure, including entry instructions, TV/wifi details, emergency contacts for pet care (vet) and home care (neighbor/friend/family), and any medications.

Keys and openers will be left behind before she departs.

Severe Weather: During snowstorms or severe weather that threaten safety, cancellations of other client services may be applied so Jenn can remain with and safely care for the pets in her care.

Cancellation Policy

Infinite Zen Room Grooming is a hard-working small business incredibly grateful for every client. To ensure each pet receives the best possible care, all bookings require minimum notice for cancellations. Pet sitting requires 48 hours notice; grooming requires 24 hours notice.

Situation Charge
1st late cancellation — stay of 3 days or less 25% of total stay due at cancellation
2nd late cancellation — stay of 3 days or less 100% of total stay due at cancellation
1st late cancellation — stay of 4 days or more 50% of total stay due at cancellation
2nd late cancellation — stay of 4 days or more 100% of total stay due at cancellation
